All concerned are requested to comply and ensure compliance by their subordinate staff. The security officer is requested to ensure the content of the materials mentioned in the Gate pass are checked. In case of material moving out of the University premises, short and excess cases are reported to the Estate Office immediately and are not allowed to leave the University Premises.
